ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to Decor8 Solutions Terms of Trade.Please read the following information before you place an order as by placing this order, you are bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
These terms and conditions govern all supply of goods and services by Decor8 Solutions to you, the purchaser, including your use of the website at www.decor8solutions.com.au. They are effective from 8 th April 2019 and replace all earlier Decor8 Solutions Terms of Trade.
Decor8 Solutions may make changes to these terms of trade, the products and prices described in this website, and to the content of this website, at any time and notify you by updating the information on this website.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All product photography on this website, Instagram and Facebook are styled, photographed and owned by Decor8 Solutions and not to be used without permission.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At this time, we deliver to Australian street addresses.
The cost of delivery will be provided in the order summary in your online shopping basket.
Full payment is required before your order will be shipped and an invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you supply when you place your order.
We will despatch your order within 7 working days to the address specified by you during the purchase process. If there are any delays with your order, we will advise you via email.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post or local courier and normally delivered within 3-5 business days after despatch, depending your location. Upon shipment, you will receive an email advising your order has been despatched.
We make every effort to wrap and pack your order safely for delivery.
Once the courier company receives your product/s for delivery, they are responsible for safe and undamaged delivery of your order. It is the purchasers' responsibility to liaise with the courier company and no refunds or replacements can be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
If you would like to collect your order, please select 'PICK UP' in the shopping cart before finalising your order. We will be in touch to advise you of the street address and arrange a suitable time for collection.

PRICING
All prices are in Australian dollars and do not include delivery.
All prices are correct when published and we reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept the following credit cards - Visa, MasterCard and American Express via Stripe.
We also accept payment from your PayPal account or Direct Deposit into our account.

CUSTOM ORDERS
We aim 1-2 weeks for large quantities or Gift Box orders to be made and ready for shipment. We will contact you throughout the process and once your item is ready for shipment.
RETURNS
We take great pride in hand-crafting our products to the highest standard and packing your order safely for delivery, so we want our customers to be happy with their purchase.

As the majority of our products are made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, or except as required by law.
CANDLE PRODUCTS
Soy candle wax is a natural substance, our candles are hand-poured and can be affected when subjected to temperature fluctuations. There is a chance that your candle may sweat or the wax shrink slightly from the glass container causing the appearance of 'wet spots'. If this does occur, it does not affect the performance of your candle.
FEATHER DECOR PRODUCTS
Each item is individually handcrafted which means there may be slight natural variations compared with the image shown. This ensures you are receiving a unique feature piece and no-one else in the world has another exactly the same as you.
PRIVACY POLICY & CONFIDENTIALITY
Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Decor8 Solutions.
Unless you opt to receive messages from us we will not contact you again in future.
If you have opted to receive ongoing communications and at a later date you no longer wish to receive these communications you will be able to opt out of receiving this information by contacting us by email.
Opting out of receiving the above mentioned messages will not prevent the sending of messages that specifically relate to your order(s).
You will need to permit us to place data files ("cookies") on your computer to enable you to use some features of some of our websites. Where you choose not to enable cookies from our Website, some functionality of those Website may not be available to you.
Where you have provided information to us on a confidential basis, we will hold that information in confidence, except as required by law. We cannot guarantee that our website is secure, and we cannot be held responsible for a breach of our website security that is beyond our control.
